AI transparency

Transparency matters to us. Here we explain where and how we use artificial intelligence (AI) at VayCando. The basis is Art. 50 of the AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689; its transparency obligations have applied since 2 August 2026.

AI-generated images

Some of the images shown on this website – in particular article cover images and the motifs on our comparison pages – were created wholly or partly with generative AI. Such images do not necessarily depict real places, people or events accurately.

Every one of these motifs is labelled as AI-generatedon the image itself – in overviews as well as within the article. The tool used is named beneath the article image and, together with the license and place of use, on our Sources page.

AI-assisted text

Some of our older articles were researched and drafted with AI support. Those articles carry an “AI-generated” label in their header line– next to the date and author – linking back to this page. Newer articles are written by our editorial team themselves and do not carry this label.

Nothing is published unchecked: every piece is editorially reviewed, fact-checked and signed off before publication. Responsibility for the content always rests with the editorial team, not with the AI.

Limits & diligence

AI systems can make mistakes or present content in a distorted way. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee every individual detail. We welcome any pointers about errors. Information on image sources can be found on our Sources page.
